Globus family of brands, Journeys Club 

Terms of Use

THESE ARE THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THIS WEB SITE AND OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM. BY ACCESSING, USING, OR REGISTERING AS A JOURNEYS CLUB MEMBER, YOU ARE CONCLUDING A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BASED ON THESE TERMS WITH THE GLOBUS FAMILY OF BRANDS.

Your Membership Account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any usernames, passwords and membership numbers associated with your Journeys Club membership, monitor all activity under the account, and assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

I confirm that I am a past Globus, Cosmos, Monograms, or Avalon Waterways traveler and that I am voluntarily enrolling in Journeys Club. I am not a travel agent or someone acting on behalf of a client/customer or another individual.

Journeys Club Program Rules:

1. Globus family of brands reserves the right to cease the Journeys Club member at any time without notice. Your right to any Journeys Club benefits, including repeat travel discounts can be terminated at such time Globus family of brands specifies.

2. Participation in the Journeys Club is subject to any Terms and Conditions, Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures (Journeys Club Program Rules) that Globus family of brands may in its discretion adopt from time to time. Any failure to follow Journeys Club Program Rules, any abuse of program privileges, any conduct detrimental to the interest of the Globus family of brands, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Globus family of brands may result in termination of the membership, cancellation of awards, discounts, or both.

3. Globus family of brands reserves the right to make changes in the Journeys Club Program Rules, award structure, discounts at any time, such as removing any loyalty travel discounts. Any changes can be made without advance notice.

4. The Journeys Club benefits are posted online and you may not rely on continued loyalty traveler discounts.

5. Any travel discounts are non-transferable. Travel discounts will be honored until the expiration date printed on materials. Travel discounts will not be extended or honored after expiration dates, no exceptions.

6. Your membership account will be activated by submitting the membership application form online, after traveling on at least one of the Globus family of brands vacations within the past five years.

7. The Journeys Club and its benefits are valid only for current U.S. residents with a valid U.S. address. 

8. For past Journeys Club members: If you failed to reactivate your Journeys Club membership before October 15, 2008, your membership is inactive and you will no longer be awarded Journeys Club benefits. When your account is inactive, you will not receive notification of program changes, newsletters, or other mailings about Journeys Club. In addition, you will not be eligible for frequent traveler discounts.
